Email Input
If you are unsure about a video consult, get input via email. If the situation is more complicated, you may be advised to do a consult with a discount.

Video Consult
One video session should be fine for a quarter-sized open area with some red/pink tissue. Over the video call, we'll have a chance to discuss what you have already tried, what has worked and what has not. You'll have more opportunity to ask your questions and feel heard.
For something larger, like a dehisced open incision or open lipo burn, the Healing Bundle with multiple contact times is more appropriate.

Healing Bundle
Some situations are just going to need more time and attention.
If your wound is larger, like 2-3 inches and open from an incision or multiple open areas along the same incision, with yellow, white and black tissue, lipoburn and oozing, and the doctor is not local.
In these instances, we'll likely need to change the dressings and adjust your body adapts. The bundle gives you more opportunities for attention to the issues.
